COVID-19 Response
Find out how we’re keeping our patients safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To keep you safe, we are taking an abundance of caution, while ensuring you get the care you need. Our measures include, but are not limited to:
Limiting in-person visits
Screening all in-person visits
All visits are limited times and we wear appropriate PPE
All patients wear masks and those who are sick wear full PPE and do the assessment in their car
We do housecalls if it’s deemed safer
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every patient vists
The office is equipped with Hepa filters
We ask that all our clients wear a mask into the office. If we are doing a treatment or assessment on your face, we ask that you wear your mask into and out of the treatment room and only remove it when it is time for the treatment to begin.
Thank you for helping us do our part to keep you all safe.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Are there any Travel Restrictions I need to be aware of?
If you have been out of town in the last 2 weeks or have been in contact with anyone who lives out of town, please make the secretaries aware.
Why does it seem to take longer to get an appointment?
For your safety, we are leaving 15 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize our treatment rooms. This means that we cannot see as many people in a day as we could before the pandemic.
Will the office staff be wearing Personal Protective Equipment?
In order to best protect you, our staff will be wearing proper PPE, which includes face shields, masks, and gloves. We ask that you also follow all Covid-19 guidelines and wear a mask into our office
Why am I being asked to wear a mask into the office?
As per Ontario government regulations, if we cannot stay 2 metres apart, both parties must wear face masks to protect each other. If you are having a treatment on your face, we ask that you wear a mask into and out of your treatment room and only remove it when the treatment is to begin.
What else is the office doing to protect me?
We take your health and safety very seriously. We have made hand sanitizing stations available in the waiting room and all patient rooms. Our office also goes through a deep cleaning and sanitizing twice daily.
To ensure the health and safety of all clients, patients, and staff, our staff will be tested for Covid-19 on a regular basis.
What if I am feeling a little unwell?
Should you, or a person who lives in your home be experiencing any Covid-related symptoms, please reschedule your appointment until after you have been tested and cleared of the virus.
What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?
If you have an appointment with Dr. Bonnett, please call the office when you arrive. The secretary will let you know to wait in your car or the lobby until it is time to come in.
